Update:
Mar 2008 For the first time in 5 years the site has had a total revamp, this has become necessary to enhance the 'Full Members'
privileges and get rid of the dated 'frames' format that the site
was originally written in. As some of you will know the Full Members section of the old site was somewhat difficult to navigate and you didn't seem to get much more for your money than that available to a visitor, who was able to access most of the data. I have tried to address this imbalance by making the majority of the site available to Full Members Only. This has also become a necessity as the amount of work to maintain the site has now far exceeded the original expectations and I think it's fair to say that there should be at least some reward for my time.
Full
Members can now use the searchable Trace a Mate & Driver's database's,
and are now able to search for details within a drivers profile. The R.I.P section is now
fully searchable by anyone. Full
Members Only access to all full size images throughout the site.
A Non Member will still be able to add their details to the 'A2Z' as well as sending in 'Trace a Mate' requests and any material for the site content i.e. Photo's etc. The 'R.I.P' section will also remain available to all.
I am maintaining the Full Membership donation at £4.95 per annum which it has been for the past 5 years. I feel this represents very good value in relation to sites of a similar nature. Full
Members will still also be able to send in a picture & comment for inclusion on their profile page and take advantage of a
'Full Members' discount on any
polo shirts.
I have decided to keep the maintenance of the site manual, although this means more work and submissions can take a few days before appearing 'live', I still feel it gives the site more of a human touch.
